Finally found the compass cutter from Daiso! As mentioned in Template 03, instead of getting another template with just circles, I opt to buy the compass cutter to cut the circles out myself. Big advantage from compass cutter is that it certainly has much bigger radius compare to premade ones.
I tested it on the same plastic sheet I cut out for the Wheistadeur Flags...
It is a 0.3mm thickness plastic sheet, very thick and difficult to cut out using much bigger utility knife. This compass cutter is a much tinier knife point and different angle of holding the knife... I estimated it took around 50 rounds to finally cut through the plastic sheet.
