Actually the earring I bought is for pierced ears. So I clip off the piercing part and DIY magnet piece on it.

At the same time, I also replaced the upper portion loop with a transparent one.

There will always be a difference in planning vs execution in 'reality'. I planned before really comply to Sims 3 size proportion measurement. After fitting in the form I want, there is the photography studio that could not fit in the upper floors.

Now looking at the empty double height space behind the stage, I am figuring whether it could combined with the backstage and having a photography green room above, which is also required costume and make up support.

There are 2 balconies on the 1st floor separated by a Game Room. Thinking to have the bigger balcony as a Balcony Gym and the smaller one a relaxing coffee corner.
