207th day of 2018.Many years ago, I bought a set of Chinese calligraphy box come with 2 brush, 1 ink stick, 1 ink pot, 1 seal and 1 seal pot. The box is made of quite solid thin wood wrapped with pattern fabric. Inside of cover was padded with very thin soft cushion wrapped with sheen fabric and the tools were nested in furry velvety fabric.
However, few years ago, I noticed the cover wood warped... thinking to ditch the box and make another one for the set and maybe merging it with another newer set which come with a plastic box, which was not so matching with 'chinese calligraphy' theme.
