31st day of 2019. Actually I have this Daler Rowney masking fluid for years! It started hardening inside the bottle, was experimenting to see whether could it still be use. The smell is terrible! I suspect it stain the paper to a yellow hue. :/
25th day of 2019. Ha! A person that never relate flower names to the physical flower themselves, I am confused at first to see that many common flower names (that I know) look very similar.
Is planning a drawing with either cherry or plum, for the Chinese New Year.
24th day of 2019. I am using some old watercolour paper that is pretty cheapo. The paper buckle with my amount of washes. :/ The water amount also seemed to further weakened the masking tape.
14th day of 2019. Plan to build a nature school at Riverview for my future game play, focusing on base game nature based skills. Building on a blank 60 x 60 lot at 467, Farmer Valley Road. Quite close to Riverview Fish Harchery and close to the river mouth or estuary.
The farmstead consist of several common farm buildings, farm house, barn or loft, granary and shed. The rest would be open space, field, meadow, farm for plants.
12th day of 2019. Extending the theme to the other side of the flap. Although it is hard to see, but there are many corner slits at the card holder side.
11th day of 2019. Putting plan into practice. Varying length of slits could both be som sort of a 'clip' to organize different paper stuff, let hang some label piles too.
I had bought this roll of washi tape with printed measurement for ages, figured to finally put it into use to make a 'ruler' alongside the book insert.
Material: 0.5mm thick sanded plastic sheet Washi tape with ruler measurement holes as a guide for 5mm interval circles.
I had been putting off this cover design for months since the batch of saddle stitched books. Those saddle stitched books were supposed to be put inside a 'traveler' style cover. However, it was not proceed due to the scrap vinyl cover was some mm smaller than the previously stitched books, at the same time feeling that the vinyl is too thin for my liking, in the midst of finding other material or upgrading it and I kinda delay it to wait for the purchase of an eyelet puncher.
Other than eyelet puncher, I decided to pick the project up and make do with what I have. Adding weight and film cover to the scrap vinyl piece should be sufficient.
